AM Radio Reception in Nome

Just curious about AM Dx’ing in Nome ,could anyone in that part of Alaska share as to what that is like what you can receive on the AM Dial in Nome, thanks.

I'm not in Nome, or Alaska, for that matter.

Maybe try this question in RD's "DX and Reception" forum. I think there are a couple guys there from Alaska that might be of some help.

I've heard magnetic anomalies play havoc with it. When I lived in Fairbanks, I never got anything but the locals such as KFAR, but I also lived in either college dorms or a downtown home next to high voltage power lines. The local FMs were all I listened to as a result.
