I was in NWA a few days ago. If anyone has been wondering, KPBI 1250 and its translator at 106.1 are running a regional Mexican format as “La Poderosa.”

KUOA 1290 has also returned to the air with Spanish-language programming. The couple times I tuned it in, it was airing talk programming. Not sure if I just caught it while it was airing a talk show or if it’s all talk. I also had forgotten about its FM translators and never checked to see if they were on-air or not.
