Sad...first Radio Shack,now this:

The use of the internet has not only lessened interest in amateur radio, it seems that internet sales are taking out the few radio stores left.

The two local amateur radio stores went out of business in the late 90's / early 2000's, and now it looks like it's a national trend.

It's sad, but that's progress.
