Just found out about this site. Apparently they have an Internet radio station. It sounds really well done. Just wondering how they are getting by not paying royalty fees. Does the Internet fall under a different set of guidelines?

How do you know they *aren't* paying royalty fees? They apparently have a legit streaming provider that does royalty accounting:
