AMP to sell Bloomington Stations

The buyer of WBWB and WHCC is AI Radio LLC, run by president Arthur Angotti III, the son of current owner Arthur Angotti. Purchase price is $4.4 million.

This looks like merely a corporate re-shuffling. Arthur Angotti is a 1/3 owner of the new company instead of the majority shareholder of AMP.
