AM's in Miami & WPB

Wow! English speaking AM's were really hit in Miami. Every one of them is down. WIOD dropped pretty significantly--over a full point! The sports stations were down, too. The only 2 that didn't drop were the James Crystal stations...but with both at a .4, I don't think that's much to look at.In West Palm, the other Clear Channel AM News-Talker was also down significantly! WFTL is only .2 away from tying with WJNO! And what the heck happened to WZZR? Yikes!
 
WIOD spiked big-time in the Fall book because of all of the hurricane coverage. They merely dropped back down to their typical numbers for the Winter book as the sun came out.THE MAJOR
 
Compared to what happened to others in the English speaking spoken word formats in West Palm and Miami, WIOD looks pretty consistent. Look at WJNO and WQAM - outside of Nels, QAM's 25-54 numbers are no better than INZ's. QAM certainly didn't "lose" anything to WAXY. So what happened? Based on improvements for WMXJ and WBGG, looks like all those male upper demos went to FM.
