Amstrong X-1000B Freq change

Hi,
We have a Armstrong X-1000B AM transmitter and we need to change to frequency of it. It's now broadcasting on the 891Khz and we have to go to the 1650Khz. I mailed Armstrong but their AM engineer has left the company and they don't have any information or a workaround for it. I know we have to replace some parts but the values are not in the manual.

Can somebody help us..?
