An "A" for effort: An "F" for relevance

Anyone see this:
TALK RADIO NETWORK's RUSTY HUMPHRIES is heading to DARFUR to bring supplies to refugees, carrying "Sacks of Hope" with essentials like blankets, tarps for shelter, mosqito nets, and plastic water canisters. The trip is scheduled for MARCH 8-19.

[EDIT]

The best part of this, is nobody really gives a flyin' $%#$ about Darfur.

Too bad Rusty isn't that good. If he was, he'd really be doing well with all his self promotion.

I have to agree. Callout research shows that Darfur just doesn't test well, as opposed to the hot, hip genocides in Thailand and Zimbabwe. It's all well and good to want to alleviate suffering, but the slaughter in West Africa has been going on for...what...ten years now? The empty villages littered with body parts and smouldering piles of bodies just don't interest people anymore. It's time to move on and just accept that they're all doomed to short, painful lives filled with brutality and misery.

Priorities, people. Priorities.

I have to admit, I do get a big kick out of talk show hosts who think they can change/save the world.

You're just supposed to be entertainers. SO entertain us, talky boy.

...and hearty laughter fills the night air as another skull is tossed atop the ever-growing pile.

Well thank God we have all these talk show hosts to fly around righting wrongs and saving the world!

Three cheers for talk show hosts!

Too bad they weren't around in the days of Adolph Hitler. He would have been NO MATCH for a talk show host.
