An Open Letter to Carter Alan and WZLX

Dear Carter and WZLX:

I tried to get through today at 4:22 PM but the 617 931 1007 line was busy.

My request is that you play "You Can't Always Get What You Want" in honor of the late Jimmy Miller who passed away 12 years ago today. October 22, 1994. Jimmy, of course, produced and played drums on that classic hit

Thank you.

A fan

p.s. WODS, please play "Hawn Key Tonk Women" and "Jumpin' Jack Flash". Thank you!

(Can you believe radio-info won't let you write out hawn key hon key - amazing!)

Hank Williams Sr: "When you are sad and lonely and have no place to go
Call me up, sweet baby, and bring along some dough
And we'll go (censored) tonkin', (censored) tonkin'
(censored) tonkin', honey baby
We'll go (censored) tonkin' 'round this town."

Elton John: "Get back, (censored) cat
Better get back to the woods"
