An Osteen rumor

There was talk recently on the Buffalo board about this but it went unsubstantiated. Seems that Joel Osteen reportedly is looking to purchase several radio stations:

"...Included in the offer to buy are 5 large market signals in Dallas (KVCE?) Batimore (WVIE?) Buffalo (WWKB?) Los Angeles/San Diego (KBLA?) and San Fransisco (KTRB?)"

Could there be anything to this?
