Does anyone know of an analog channel 59 around VA, NC, or WVA. As I am picking one up on mysystem but not capable to identify it, it comes on about 3-4 PM and off around 10-11 PM?

You would think if it were a pirate station, the FCC would've come around and shut it down by now? 
(Although it's a real shame wireless RF TV was never allowed, it would have been a great idea for Nintendo consoles, VCRs, camcorders, etc. if done properly)

Analog cable channel frequencies are different from analog OTA channel frequencies, for channels above 13. Analog *cable* channel 59 falls within the 70cm ham radio band IIRC. If there are any UHF analog signals left in your area, do they come in on the "right" channel? (I would expect they won't)
Can you tell what kind of programming you're seeing? Hams are pretty good at making their transmitters work, not so much so at producing compelling programming .

Back around 2006, when we lived near Raleigh NC, I would occasionally get WRAZ Fox50 artifacts on channel 35. Someone said there was something in the tv set that would sometimes shift the channels +/- 15 steps. A filter was letting spurious signals through or something, I forget the details.
There's an analog 44 in Raleigh and one in Pinehurst NC. But I don't see any channel 32s in WV, VA, or NC. The closest one seems to be an LPTV in Cleveland, OH.
