Analog power lowered.

Your not going to see a lot of that happen until late November, early Decemberish, and then into February.

What station in Roanoke has lowered their analog power to get ready for digital?

Assuming he means Roanoke, VA, WSLS-10 (NBC) is cutting analog power on September 11 to ship half their transmitter to WJHL in Johnson City, TN. WSLS is staying on their UHF channel (30), WJHL is moving their digital from 58 back to 11, and they want to reuse WSLS's transmitter for WJHL.

Can this discussion be brought to the NC board? It has nothing to do with New England TV.

Here in the Portland, ME market WPXT-TV 51 has shut off its analog signal permanently, while WCBB-TV 10 is lowering power on its analog power as of September 1. I hear WPME-TV 35 may be shutting off its analog signal early too.

WPXT shut down their analog due to equipment failure. Actually, it wasn't supposed to get shut off until Sept 13, but I guess the equipment didn't make it.

WPME received permission to kill the analog on September 15.
