Is 1210 using this IBOC/HD Radio thing? The reason I ask is I have been listening for over an hour and have not been able to eliminate an annoying "humming" sound in the background...all of a sudden in stopped at 1:30 PM.

Are they experimenting with it or could there be another factor at play?

Seems I saw someone posting stations that are using it a few weeks ago but I can't remember if 1210 was on the list.
