When I upgraded my studio's CEP 2.0 to Audition 1.5, I lost all my customized presets for the various effects bundled in CEP.

Is there a file I can go find in the original CEP folder that can be copied to the new Audition folder... which will then import all my old saved customized effects settings?
 
Look for the cool.ini file and copy that.
