Saw this on the Pittsburgh board and thought I would copy it here as we all know Forever/Keymarket, etc, are basically one in the same.

If I am reading this correctly (I'm not an attorney) it appears as though one of their properties is being foreclosed. Apparently unpaid property taxes is the problem. Any idea which station i.e. tower site this is?

There appears to be at least one other situation where Forever apparently is not paying it's rent on time and may be going for collection.

Is it possible that Forever's appetite for radio properties is far greater than its ability to pay?

Do we have a house of cards?

Has frog lady and her handlers gummed more than they can swallow? We are led to believe by several insider sources that Forever revenues are off considerably. Now if the company is as highly leveraged as some suggest (anywhere between 25 and 35 million) this Keymarket property tax sale my be just part of the cracks in their financial structure.

Has Simpson protected himselfes to assure that they will get 10 years of payments for GMR? Or has forever
bought a 50 M watt station for $1.1 million down and no payments to come?
 
Is Frog 101's debut being delayed by the wait for FCC approval of Forever's shift of 98.7 to their Class A farm team (2510)? Even with an LMA they can't operate more stations than fit under the cap, right?
 
You are right about that Geek.
But legal is not real important with some broadcasters.
