...AND THE HITS JUST KEEP ON COMIN'!

THIS JUST IN...
Yet another station sale to report... One Mart, soon-to-be-former owner of KEVT 1030 AM is buying KQTL 1210 AM from Multi-Cultural Broadcasting... The tentative plan is to move the Heritage call of KEVT to the 1210 Frequency. The Current ''La Rasa'' (The People) format will follow as well. KQTL Is licensed to Sahuarita with 10kw ND- Day and 1.0kw DA2-N. More to come....

UPDATE on KSAZ 580 AM...
During The transitional period prior to the close of the sale, all programming/formats will remain as they are... What Happens after that is not yet clear... Stay Tuned...

Yup, still heard the Christmas version of ABC Stardust just after power drop today,
as the Giant 580 was disappearing into the ether up here in the 'Tuke.

So the LMA becomes a moot point? As in no flip prior to the new guys getting the keys
to the transmitter shack?

Can't wait to see how crappily AIM runs the great signal of 580. As to 1210, I didn't see a transaction with the FCC; what were the sale terms? MRBI wanted quite a bit for the station, although I suppose the own their tiny office building and tower site.

Anyone know if 580 and/or 1030's tower sites are leased or owned?
