I actually like Spitzer, despite his lefty ways, but I think he's starting to go a bit beyond the bounds of reason with this payola obsession. A state AG should *not* be prosecuting a case under civil law. If you can't get a conviction under a criminal statute there's either a problem with the law or a problem with your case.
