he may be partly Brad Carson. No one else could have gotten the job if they were just 100% Clint Sly.
 
What's the over/under on how long he will stay in the job. Steve Godofsky rotates GM's in and out of Memphis like Tampons. How long did the last one last, less than 24 months? Another GM with no connection to Memphis and the history of the industry here.
 
what the heck do you need a connection to memphis for? have you ever noticed that radio is all about moving to new markets and bringing in fresh ideas?
memphis needs alot more talent from the outside (not sure that he has it) but give me a break
 
Fresh ideas? No corporate owned wall street controlled company is going bring anything but more ways to cut expenses, drive more profit and move the needle on the stock.
Sad but true. How long is Snap and Kim with these "fresh ideas" gonna have to make an impact in Memphis? Probably until the quarterly financials come in, if that long.
 
Could Yumdialer actually be Clint Sly doing a little advance work ahead of his arrival on the 26'th? If so, he is perfectly capable of ruining the whole cluster, including the previously untouchable WRVR and FM 100.
 
like hesthe sly and the familee stone guy. Could that mean trouble for brad? I think brad is really on it when it comes to memphis radio. I wasthere for a while and miss all the fun. There reallyis some cood talent on the air especially compared to nashville. :'(
