A judge has urged radio free brattleboro and the federal government to come to an agreement in the court case that aims to knock the unlicensed station off the air for good, a lawyer said Tuesday.
James Maxwell, who is representing rfb, said Brattleboro federal Judge J. Garvan Murtha encouraged him and Assistant United States Attorney Michael P. Drescher to try to settle the case.
