Without even clicking on the link... I'm guessing it's a parody of Rep. Joe Wilson's "You lie!" shout at the President during a speech a few weeks ago...
 
Whether it's the 2nd version or the 222nd version, this is damn funny....the best part is that the whole world can see it, but only a handful of people will "get it". Awesome!

I saw the same film on Bill O'Reilly tonight with a different, Democrat-bashing script...this one was funny, the one on O'Reilly wasn't.
