It's sad for him, but I hope he takes the time to reinvent himself. This was what he needed to do at K-Rock, and sorry to say for Andy he learned that lesson too late. But if he "sits on his ass" (his words) before his next gig, he won't have a long career. Get healthy Andy, lose some (er, a lot) of weight, listen to a lot of radio, and figure out where you want to be.

Sorry about the confusion; I wrote about Andy and not Steve. Steve needed to move on, and I always thought he was at least as talented as Andy. He should be helpful to B.J., particularly as he knows what it means to work mornings for a long duration of time. I hope he gives B.J. some pointers on toning the show down a bit; nonsensical rants are not going to cut it. We'll see what happens, but on the surface this seems to be a good fit.
 
I saw that yesterday, what has me confused is there is a womans profile on www.bjaday.com which is odd? I wonder if there is more than one person showing up on January 3rd?
