People expected him to exude the warmth and charisma of his dad - and while Andy is a very articulate and accurate forecaster, he doesn't have that "spark" his dad had. If Andy stays in Seattle, perhaps Q13 will pick him up, but I don't see him moving to KOMO or KING.
