Anita Kerr, ‘Little Miss Nobody’ behind Nashville Sound, dies at 94





 
I don't remember anything from her, other than WLS jingles. I wasn't into country music as a kid.

Played a lot of cuts from Anita Kerr Singers albums over the years at various stations.....
Funny....I never caught the "Nashville Connection".....
I didn't either, and I have lived in Nashville for many years. I have that We Dig Mancini album (mentioned in one of the articles above), but we got it through my parents. My dad had worked for the RCA plant in Memphis, and brought that record home. I kept it for the Pink Panther theme song by them.
