Did anyone hear his abortion of a cardinal's ticket giveaway yesterday? It was difficult to listen to. He called a woman's name out and she had two minutes to call back. She didn't but her husband did cuz she was in a meeting. The contest clearly stated that you had to be listening to win. So the time she had to call back was irrelevant in my opinion. But the husband was claiming that the contest didn't state that contestants had two minutes to call in and got Ankarlo all flustered. So much Ankarlo had to call Russ on the air! Sounded like rookie material to me. This went on for like 20 minutes before Ankarlo called another name which he should've done as soon as the two minutes were up and hadn't heard from the lady he called for. I think I learned that in Radio 101. Incredible. How long has Ankarlo been doing this? Does he have any sense? I can't listen to him anymore after that. And by the sound of Russ on the phone (on the air), he couldn't stand it either.

Russ needs to replace that boy. :-\
 
Perhaps after Toss Em Out Tuesday the Master Blogger can get some better talent to replace Aunt Carlos. Doubt it though as he likes gimmicks and toaster talkers who stroke his ego on the air...something Aunt Carlos does quite well. If you thought that was uncomfortable listening, the Nurse and I suggest you try the geniuses in PMD - dumb and dumbest!
 
Why would you EVER put a contest winner--or loser--on air LIVE? Recipe for disaster. (Hey, did they get the husband's permission to put him on air or did they just take it when it came in, an FCC violation?). Even this ol' former vinyl jockey knows you pre-record and edit that stuff so it don't bite you in the buttocks.
