"Brazos TV’s application for 88.5 Hamlin TX is chosen over San Antonio Christian Church’s 88.9 Abilene, Iglesia Biblica de Abilene’s 88.9 Abilene, Radio Inc’s 88.9 Ballinger, and Centro Familiar de Restauracion y Vida’s 88.9 Clyde TX as the only applicant claiming eligibility for a fair distribution preference and first NCE service preference."
 
Here is their website, all stations of theirs already have the same format.
