another 50 minute music hour on B98.5 FM!

Hey I'm about to run up to the dealership to have a headlight replaced, I'm looking forward on the drive over listening to my friend Kelly McCoy and another 50 minute music hour on B98.5 FM!I hope the dealership doesn't disconnect my battery because that will erase all my radio presets set to B98.5 FM! It's Atlanta's best variety of soft rock, and another Big 80s weekend is only days away! I'm just salivating thinking of all the great 80s tunes B98.5 will be playing this weekend! Just when I'm losing my faith in humanity there's B98.5 and the 98 at 9 to pick up my spirits! Have you heard about the 98 at 9? It's over 98 minutes of music every weekday morning at 9, and a great way to start your workday. There's not enough good things that can be said about B98.5 FM. I sure do wish the economy would pick up so B98.5 FM would put on another "Family Fun Fest", what a great event to be enjoyed by one and all.

You forgot to mention that B98.5 is "number one while you work"! ::)

Exactly! As I said "there's not enough good things that can be said about B98.5 FM", the station voted #1 for the most music while you listen at work!

Earlier, I heard that jock shout that says, "Kelly McCoy!" and I giggled audibly. I tell you, that really made my day.

Life is good at 98.5FM.

I wish I could stand listening to some of the crappy songs they play so that I could hear one of those 50 minute music hours. I can never go more than 25 to 30 minutes before they play some terrible song that forces me to change the station.

It is also the listen while your unemployed station. I will jump out of the closet and say it is my #1 preset in my car and my heart. I also really do LOVE the 80's weekend... ;D

Something fun: What are your presets?

1. 98.5
2. 97.1
3. 101.5
4. 99.7
5. 105.7
6. 92.9

94.9
97.1
98.5
100.5
101.5
106.7

I would have Majic 102.9 but for that translator....

OMG! Do you know what's just moments away? The 98 at 9! Sometimes when I miss it, I check the B98.5 FM website to find out what B98.5 played, and try to reconstruct the 98 at 9 on my Ipod. But it's just not the same as listening to Atlanta's Best Variety of Soft Rock on B98.5 FM!

If it'll help, you can pause your iPod and call me. I'll tell you how many B-grees it is.

I walked in to Arby's for a quick dinner on Wednesday, and guess what was on the radio? It was B98.5 FM. It was around 6:58 P.M., and while I was eating a sandwich, the Lost Lyric contest ended while they played Natalie Cole's "This Will Be." Oops, no more 50 minute music hours after that because Delilah is up next. What's even more interesting is that on some days, you could hear B98.5 FM play England Dan and John Ford Coley's "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight" before Delilah comes on.

Not only is B98.5 FM your "listen while you work" or "listen while you're unemployed" station, they want to be your "listen while you EAT" station. Man, they just want to be your everything.

I see you have an International “94.6”, aviation “109.4”, and the old analog TV(I am guessing) 85.2 band on your car radio. Cool!

Could be a radio that picks up Japanese FM stations, which use channels 5 and 6 frequencies.

Somebody has to be, with Andy Gibb not around anymore.

I just love it when Jordan Gray says "How ya' doin'".....My god, how do they think up all these clever lines!!!!!

And when she says, "How ya doin'" it makes me ask myself, How am I doin'?

B98.5: Psychological services are just another of the multitude of services they provide.

Does anyone else think this caller10 person works at Cox? Just curious.

I thought he was obsessed with being sarcastic about B98.5 FM. It always struck me that Caller10 was lampooning people who were obsessive fans in here, like the guy who used to obsess over the oldies station. Not that I thought he was doing a particularly good job of poking fun at obsessive fans, but it seemed too over-the-top to be taken seriously.

Are you saying this guy is really serious? I'm shocked! ::)
