Another All-Nighter on 1180?

For at least a couple of nights within the past week, semi-local WSQR was booming in and completely overtaking WHAM at my QTH about 22 miles northeast of their stick. Obviously not running their normal night power of one watt, but apparently their day power of 900 watts. Anyone else hear them or know what's going on. Larry Nelson, the guy who owns the place, is usually known for playing by the rules. (Although he does have another semi-local on 1480 which has been running on an STA seemingly forever and also apparently using just a longwire.

Format is 70s-based classic hits.

I'm now back in Treasure Island (St. Pete Beach) for three weeks. Seems pretty much like "business as usual" here for 1180 nighttime with Cuba/R. Marti. There does seem to be more stuff in the background, but I can't make it out and I'm not sure about if there actually is something else in there.
