Another dance station in NJ?

I was driving up to NY this morning when I was going up and down the dial and stopped on a 94.9. This station played non-stop dance, it had a remix of Green Light then Chris Lake only one. Sounded great, it was clear between exits 8 and 7 on the NJTP. Is this a new pirate?
 
It wont be there long... Not cause the FCC but its hard to maintain a station out of an individuals pocket and keep the TX going and stuff... The station I volunteer at has no less than 14 Staff and a very rich Owner,, and we are very careful not to cause any interference and keep it at part 15 levels,, while keeping the Transmitter high enough to cover my whole town,,, only a few square miles.... The ones that try to take over the whole Metro and talk sh.t about other stations and curse on air are the ones that get busted.
