ANOTHER departure at Non-Casting?

now wait a damn minute.....CC just bought me a new truck in January.....I am not ready to give that one away under any circumstances....hell, it doesn't even have 5000 miles on it yet.....AND there are no chewing tobacco stains on the seats or cartpet yet ;)

I remember one guy in that building being especially upset by the cost cutting involving the newspaper. Why piss off your staff to save pennies a week.

Charlie ---

You are obviously way spoiled with that new truck. It's bad karma. You HAVE to get rid of it now...

YOU owe the truck in the honor of Styles Media...

sign it ... love Tom, Kim (sp) and Charlie...

Man, I AM going to burn in hell for this .... :D :D :D Seriously, you have to be loving life when half your competition
is off the air and the other half doesn't care...lots of great fishing ahead.

Speaking of dead air, for the record, WFBX and WEBZ were off for 10 minutes today around 1pm.....I lost the STL transmitter (the single transmitter send audio for both stations to the tower in Port St Joe)....had a spare for use on all the stations....I had to program the frequency into the unit and we were back on in 10 minutes.....

Tempting as it may be, why don't you let someone other than yourself win that truck, Charlie?
CC would buy you another one, probably gold plated. Stop showin' off...you're such the competitor.

I remember that too.

Is Jo Valentime (spelled improperly for laughs, I guess, at least my own) still with Magic? With the new problems in AL (see AL RI Board)
Jo, will there be more problems with staffing at the stations in PCB? Or will they all just be off the air more? Sorry, I was bored and I
am trying to win Charlie's damn CC truck, okay, I admit it. Seriously, though, Jo was once very vocal and defended Magic vigorously,
but now, we hear nothing. Why? Thanks, in ......

HeyTibbs,

poof...it magically disappeared...not the problems in AL...the thread.

HOW DAY DO DAT?

Ask the CC engineer who knows his truck is all but GONE!!!! --- I'd say he configured the disappearance
to avoid forking over the goods. It seems like it's back, so maybe he was just jammin the signal. ;D

And Double NO better stop trying to steal Non-Bdcstgs thunder.

I have to wonder, does anyone think the day will come when all but CC's channels channels will have dead air?

Keep up the good attempts to be loyal radio listeners. It almost impossible these day on the
World's Most Beautiful White Sand Beaches circa Spring Break 2007 --- which makes me digress

back in MY day there was reason, serious reason, for the dead air and long sets of talk-free music!!! Oh hell, Charlie,
I wanna be 22 again. I'll give YOU my truck. RNR, help me out here, we need a Spring Break memorial thread....

Staying off the boards is probably an excellent idea ... especially after reading some of his past ramblings.

There is a foul smell blowing in from the magical land of non-casting as all may not be rosey sunshine along the road to Laird.

That's right, Tibbs. This--Spring Break--IS the time to be 22 again--and on the prowl at PCB! (Maybe that's what happened to the 007 GM)? Is Island or PFM still doing the season-long nightly remote schtick at LaVela and/or Spinnaker? That bad boy was a genuine pain in the rear, but it also generated a huge chunk of the annual revenue. Main task? Keep the jocks out of trouble ("Trouble" was that 17-year old blonde with the killer body). I think she's still there--by the thousands--and still 17...
