I still don't get what you mean....the embargo is because some station, be it one of the clusters or one of the mom & pops, isn't buying/subscribing to Arbitron. In doing so, Arbitron won't publish the numbers in the free press (be it AP, All Access, Radio Info, etc). They do that beacuse they don't want station(s) get the info for free, if what I have been taught previously is true. You may have seen the numbers....and that is great; but that is because whereever you saw them, that place subscribes to the service....I'm almost positive it is not Citadel, could be Poder radio, Radio Disney, WALE, etc as there have been statements here that it is not Clear Channel or Hall.....

I don't doubt WPRO-AM is doing great as they have their act together, no matter what people may say about how they program...I am interested in seeing how The Score is doing Vs WEEI (I know they were really struggling in the last books available), knowing how SNE is doing after Joan is gone and how they are faring vs Lite, Pro & their new "in house" competition-B101.....how CTK is still faring vs all the other stations, has HJY slipped (I found Summer 06 ratings and they had come back after 2 down books; but that was over 9 months ago) or come back up.....
