Another format change brewing in Louie-ville?

I got a call a few nights ago from a company claiming to be doing radio research in Louisville. Questions were pretty typical, i.e., what stations do you regularly listen to, which one is your favorite, how do you rate your favorite, etc. There was a question about how often your favorite station runs commercials, and another asking if I was hispanic.

Could there be something in the water other than the possible demise of The Fox simulcast?<P ID="signature">______________

The rumor has been that the 101.7 signal was going to flip to Spanish for the fall book. Fall book started yesterday and I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen soon. There has been no indication that WTFX would continue to simulcast on 101.7.
