Another Jax pirate

Looks like another pirate in Jax. Station playing island music and speaking in French. They're at 94.7 and not a bad signal, but with a nice buzzzzz in the audio. First noticed them this past weekend. Wish I knew French!
 
The one pirate on 94.7 seems to have dropped down their power considerable. It seems I can hear them around the Winn Dixie Area on monument road and before you get to 9A they jump up in strength and then back down again. As for the other pirate at 93.9 WBUZ u catch them on weekends with a good signal around the Regency mall 9A area with a formal almost like Rock 105.
