Hello People...

I noticed on Sinclair's site that a weekend anchor/reporter position is posted for KGAN, is the current one leaving?, if she is, where is she going? or are they adding a co-anchor.

They have so many holes to fill there that I find it highly unlikely that they would move to a 2 anchor team for weekends. I also noticed that they have pulled the position of weekday anchor to replace Dave Benton.

The day after I posted this they put the weekday co-anchor position back on... I wonder if someone there read this ;)

Its hard to say what they are planning. From the outside looking in I would guess that the weekend anchor position is being combined with one of at least two reporter positions that they have open (only 1 is posted). Their current weekend anchor does not report so it would seem financially benificial.
