Another KISS Jock makes the switch

From All Access:

INFINITY Rocker KSRX/SAN ANTONIO TX welcomes the arrival or 12 year market veteran BRIAN KENDALL to nights. KENDALL was most recently at crosstown COX Active Rocker KISS and is reunited with former workmate CJ CRUZ. KSRX PD MARK LANDIS says, "We are very happy that BRIAN has made the switch to 102.7 K-ROCK."

The hiring of these two jocks doesn't mean the Rock format is here to stay. Anyone remember when KTFM was still on 102.7 and Infinity had brought two new jocks to KTFM? A month later they were released and KTFM turned in to KSRX. One of those jocks is Slammin Sammy now doing nights at Z106.7.

Well it just shows that Infinity is committed to sticking with the format. I don't know if hiring all of KISS's former jocks will help? But they definitely need to do something to fire up their ratings. <P ID="signature">______________

Not one individual has left KISS because they wanted to. They obviously had no choice, and 'I made the switch' is a moronic tactic. Quite frankly, as long as they continue to play crappy music and utilize corny DJ's, they'll maintain their status in ratings. #18 12+ !!! #16 25-24 (Spring 2005). C'mon... with numbers like these it's awfully hard to make any money.
