Another look at the ratings

Be that as it may be, I still contend that "weighting" for undersampling is a major problem with the
Arbitron book, and may, ultimately, be its' undoing.
 
The question is... is that factor alone enough to undo the hammerlock Arbitron has? They're so much like ASCAP/BMI/SESAC: you buy the product because you have little choice in the matter. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
