VERITAS DE VOCE

OK, so by now, some of you P1s have heard the really bad and misplaced drops on "there's a major announcement coming at the obscure time of 11:15 a.m."

The last time KTCK pulled that crap, many people had delusion of grandeur believing it really was a "major announcement". This can' be anything other than a Norm event or something generic about Ticketstock.

Thoughts?

It's next Thursday, January 10th. They gotta over-hype and build it up for a while.

Prolly just the lineup at Ticketstock. Petty Theft will play or something...

OR maybe since the Eagle has landed and it is looking more and more like ZPS will return to classic rock they are planning to move the Ticket to 93.3??? Makes sense - Cowboys are already there.

If that was the case, it would be in the Ticket ticker at least for three days consecutively. ;D

It's probably is Ticketstock.....They're putting it at that time and date to take away from 103.3's launch of Micheal Irvin's show. That's when it's scheduled to start......Love radio war :D

It will be nothing more than an announcement about the quarterback bowl, or charity challenge on soccer turf or sum such

They'll announce that they're moving The Train Station by a half hour.

Let me guess, The Bohemian Rant will be taking over The Tee Boxes and Orphans airshifts?

nope : Done Merrideth, Roger Staubach, Craig Morton, Troy Aikman, Chuck Howley, Clint Longley, Gary Hogeboom, Danny White all will appearing singing Barbershop music.

The station will finally admit that Norm Hitzges passed away in a tragic horse racing-related accident back in 2004 and that they've had Gordon Keith impersonating him on the air for nearly four years.
