With no money and a flopped format change WEAK 102.7 JVC / Northwood Ventures has found a new dud to hand the controls to. After all the foolish moves JVC Broadcasting has made and the loss of cash flow due to their inexperience today they have announced the sales manager will be promoted to GM. In my many years of radio experience in this market ive never been a part of something so unprofessional. JVC Broadcasting and John after a losing effort and in a desperation move have found another goat to soon point the blame. Another GM to finally get it right ? Can't wait to see how this generates business. She has yet to hit or come close to a sales goal since hired 4 months ago, enjoys a cocktail during business hours and is the joke of the building. Oh and the talk around the building is they have been seen together outside of the office hmmmmm ? Ra Ra here's someone you can rally behind. This is worse than I ever thought it could be but everyday I'm entertained. JVC and Northwood Ventures you are a part of the biggest business mistake ever seen in this market. Looks like JC the magician is slowly making himself disappear after a 8 month losing effort. Good luck to the new GM I thought the days of sleeping your way to the top were over surely they aren't. After another 6 months hand the GM position to Maria (7-11) next door let her take a crack at it. Hey JC where are those money bags with that format you promised would make a million a year ? Remember your quote in the article on how WILD was a money making format. I'm sure it won't be long till more changes are made. Maybe less on the radio info boards and more in those sales meetings. Hey your not the only one checking the boards I've become the talk of the building. JVC Broadcasting and Northwood Ventures how do you expect to fix this problem youve created when everyone has quit and just counting the days till you take that final trip up the parkway in your cube ? On a side note, I was out this weekend with my good friends Kathy and Vanessa and they both told me about the time they were talking behind their boyfriends back. Eventually, he found out and took their car away and then they were forced to take the bus to work. They worked for Gary Fisher. I wonder if he is hiring, I have yet to send my resume over there. I was a bit reluctant to, I get the eebie jeebies from that guy Michael James :-\, he looks at women weird.

Unfortunately you never seem to hear anything good about radio management these days. Living here you hear a lot about the stations. It's a shame when you hear problems in management. On one point I have to agree, there's probably more they can do to make their stations more viable. Whether they do or not is up to them, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
