Another Ghoul translator move. LOL Stan I had to copy your nickname for that guy.
Anyway I'm curious where the heck are they getting the money for all these moves? I thought his network was in bankruptcy a couple years back.

It's much cheaper when you never actually build the hop sites, and only build the final one in the metro.

I was asked to visit one of their hop sites a few years ago, to determine whether or not the translator was rebroadcasting a station without permission.

When I got there, I couldn't find any evidence of an FM antenna on the tower, and it wasn't rebroadcasting anything because it wasn't on the air.

That's crazy, not to mention probably illegal.

Yep, its illegal if they filed for a License to Cover but never built....Martin and E String Wireless got caught a while back lying to the FCC when they claimed they built a 97.1->107.7 and now on 107.5 xlator in BMT....E String got slapped with a long term admonishment....every time they file for 5 years, they have to mention the NAL the FCC issued and they coughed up $5000 too.......Martin in the meantime is running the 107.5 at more than licensed power as its 60dbU contour is WAY more than it should be...and his 990 AM is still on STA and 50% audio...SMDH

Martin, like Ghoul, has a horrible record of not following the laws. How does he keep his licenses for anything?
