Another Morning Show Bites the Dust

Intrepid Radio Reporter Rodney "New House" Ho, is reporting that Giant Brian is done at Project 96.1. His page/blog is not on the website, however ShafeeTV (Hmm, where did they get that clever idea? Maybe from the Southside?) is still on the front page. That makes all four morning shows that debuted in 2007 (Zakk, Mess, Cletus and Giant) gone from Atlanta airwaves.

Note to PD's find good talent to draw in listeners, not hacks from smaller markets, has been comics, jock sniffer wannabees or deejays who have never been on in the morning.

Strange they did have a top 10 25-44 a couple of months ago. Interestingly enough though the ShaffeeTV started before SouthSide TV. I thought the same thing awhile ago and then I saw some of the files were from before TRG 3 premiered. But Shaffee TV sucked so it is not who does it first it is whpo does it best. They were screwed the minute TRG came back.

It includes an email he received from Project's PD, which reads, in part:

"Brain’s contract expired in July and we were unable to agree on terms for an extension..."

That's exactly how it was written... Brain's contract... You know, it's never a good sign when your former boss screws up your name like that...
