Another new Graveyard log! 10/28/13

Caught at 2100 PDT 10/28.

1490 - KCID Caldwell, ID; really quick "KCID" and mention of Radio Catholica (sounded like Caquena) at 2100 PDT 10/28. NEW #502, 1KW, 400 miles. On top of the channel for a couple of minutes!

Good catch on that one, esp. with the distance. 1490 is a real mess at times. Any new stations I get on that or the other GY frequencies are lucky snippets, hopefully with IDs. The only stations I hear on 1490 with much consistency are the ESPN in Walla Walla (KTEL), Key Country in Grand Coulee (KEYG), and often I get snippets of KYNR Toppenish with their Native American chant music, which sounds cool.

I tell you what, KCID has become a pest!! About every night now, they fade up with SS Christian programming. KEYG, KTEL also very common. Sometimes KWOK with ESPN synchronized with KTEL.

1450's KWEI is becoming a pest as well, fading in and out with KLBM mainly.

Theye also seem to be back to a killowatt.

Off topic.
Now what?!?
Notice that some of the new posts are a bit skinny.

*EDIT* Just discovered that there's a "placeholder" for ADS on the right side of this page/replys that don't show up in my IE since I've got the ads BLOCKED. They show up in FireFox.
Ads seem to show up sporatically.
