Another new station - WDWZ Andalusia

It's been an exciting month for new sign-ons in Alabama, hasn't it? Looks like one more filed a license to cover before the end of 2012, WDWZ in Andalusia.

Does anyone know the format of this station?

The only info I found on the ownership (B Jordan Communications) was a non-comm in La Grange with a blues format. Andalusia's a bit out of my reception range, and the station is directional away from me so I doubt I'll ever hear it. 89.3 is first adjacent to a local big station, anyway.
 
I guess this one is new on paper only. Despite filing a license to cover, they were not on the air when I checked earlier this evening while passing through Andalusia. Also noted that WOPP was still doing the full service classic hits & country thing, but no longer in stereo. :(
