Another non com likely for Sale, this time in Sin City

To think we just went through this with WUEV/Evansville, but....

Non Com KCEP 88.1, owned by the Clark County EOB(Economic Opportunity Board) will likely have to be sold due to mishandling of funds. Unlike WUEV though, this one is a VERY serious issue, it airs a Urban Format(read black). I've got a good feeling our Crackpot Preachers are moving in for the kill on this one.

Let's get some Urban Radio fans with Business clout to save KCEP!<P ID="signature">______________

My best guess is the "Crack Pot" type can't afford this and if you look they tend to barter time over buying long term investment of solo ownership... The only Religious types that look at these are conservative Chrisitan talkers like BOTT or mixed teaching/music Crawford Broadcasting... Maybe EMF if they can afford another bank note or Way-Fm, if they have most of the money 'in hand' (they don't over extend their credit lines)....
