Another oldies format on Long Island

I just want to throw this in the wind to see the response. I saw a post that the East End needs a CHR. Being out East a lot, the answer would be yes, it could use one! (At least in my book) Do you think another Oldies format or Jack format will show up on the Island, or is another city station going to carry the format? Some input on this would be interesting...

I liked Beach 107's CHR format before they flipped to Blaze.

I'd rather listen to WLNG when out east before I listen to a Jack or Oldies.

As with the "Big Band/40's format" here is another BIG opening for a scrappy L.I. non-commercial FM. Imagine...50's/60's Oldies....thousands of them...all commercial free! Lots of listener support money for operations too.
