Yes, WSUH 102.3 from Charlottesville reaches the west end of Louisa. However, due to dramatic interference from adjacent 102.1, the signal soon sucumbs to the noise unless you have a sensitive. WGRQ 95.9 in Fredericksburg reaches the east side of Louisa, however, once you get to the town, a translator in C'Ville takes frequency. Finally, 107.3 in Richmond reaches the southside, however, due to WRQX out of DC, this is a very weak signal. Unfortunately, for those with radio alarm clocks and personal radios, there are no other receivable signals besides 105.5. In addition, there is no central station for folks in rural Central Virginia to receive with a reliable signal (ex: Culpeper and Orange) Hope things go well.

I do believe this is the first, however, I can't say that for sure.
Also, from the sounds of it, SAM 105 is also satellite (as was the old format)...
