Another one bites the dust

from Fort Wayne Media Watch...

Guy Forrest is no longer with WBTU; he's moving on to another station in town we think, and we will provide his new digs when we get the info.

Dale Christopher is the new Program Director for WBTU.

-----

I think this leaves AMP with 2 (two) people running 2 (two) stations...in market 105. Will the last one out please turn off the lights???

Heard they fired Guy due to his "bad attitude." That would be a first. I've known Guy to be nothing less than a team player...ever!

If by being a "team player" means he backstabs his co-workers and snitches to the owner about everything, then yeah he's a team player. Bad attitude? Everybody in that building has a bad attitude. What does AMP expect? They treat everyone like crap, cut salaries, budgets, and staff, and expect people to keep a good attitude. They had good employees n that building who knew radio, but weren't given a chance to do their job. Art micro-managed everything and oh by the way...he doesn't know anything about radio.

>Art...he doesn't know anything about radio.

Oh really! You would never know by the way the stations are run and sound.

I hope you're being sarcastic.

Read some of pprd's other posts on the board, and you'll quickly notice that (s)he is not a big AMP fan. So that's a yes (most likely)
