Another one "forgets" to power down

In the car this evening about an hour after sunset, WSQR was booming in on 1180. WHAM audible, but covered up well in the background. I'm about 30 miles from their stick, and normally WSQR is invisible when they go to their nighttime "flea power" (one watt).

Curious if anyone else heard them. By 7:30pm CST, they were gone....WHAM dominating as usual.

Heard that KMXA Aurora, CO on 1090 left the 50kw on Friday, but didn't notice it or I could've logged it!

I'm in Denver tomorrow night (Thurs). Dinner appointment, but if I get a chance, I'll check it out. Problem is, I'll probably be too close in to notice if anything is amiss. My guess is that what happened Friday was likely an isolated incident.
