Another one to bite the dust... this time in Canada

CKBD 600 AM/Vancouver will soon move to FM (100.5) and change format to Adult Alternative. New calls will be CKPK.

The plus side: Vancouver listeners still have KIXI, the Music of Your Life station in Seattle.
 
And don't forget AM 740 in Toronto. Comes in like a shot at night.

The minus side: KIXI doesn't come in very well in Vancouver and gets killed by CHQT at night.
