Another "out of place" track on KIOI-2

Divinyls I touch Myself. I thought this was a 1990 track? Or was it released in 1989?

They're trying to see if Radiogeek is listening, aren't they? In that case, I may have to stop posting about everything I observe, I may be giving them too much publicity.

Not sure of the track, but she mentions the year 1989. And it has the lyric "Live with what ya got"

Shouldn't this track be on KMEL-2?

Damn, San Francisco is sure living up to it's reputation for unpredictible radio, at least in HD-2.<P ID="signature">______________

Early 1991, actually, but that is one of those early 90s songs which tests as being perceived as an 80s song by test audiences.

True. In addition, even when the 70's stations were big, many played songs from 68-81 or 82. Just because a stations identifies itself as "80's" doesn't mean they will literally play only songs from that decade.

True - just like the tradional Oldies stations that we think of as being "60s" - like KFRC until recently - was really 63-74 with a dozen 50s cuts thrown in (mostly Elvis)
