Well no, nothing in regular rotation, but I was shocked to tune into Power 95.7 in South Bend, IN this evening and hear 2 hours of full-blown dance music mixshow programming from midnight to 2am. This is a station that plays just about nothing but hiphop fulltime. Evidently, Power PD DJ Manic is putting the mixshows together himself. A few of the songs were unknown to me, but a majority of what I heard was the same typical fare you might catch on BPM or The Beat 36.

There's no mention of it on their web site, but they do have a live audio stream at www.power957.com. It airs late Saturday night (technically Sunday morning) 12AM-2AM Eastern time, following the Baka Boys syndicated mixshow.

Indiana is becoming a Hot Spot, for Dance oriented Mixshows. Indianapolis especially has alot of Mixshows...How about South Bend, Does U-93 air any Dance Mixshows?

U93 still does the "Hypermix" on Friday nights with DJ Stickyboots every Friday night from 10pm-midnight. Those mixes are mostly hiphop, but he's generally reliable for putting in at least one dance set in the show each weekend.

Northern and Central Indiana are becoming hotbeds.

But Evansville is another story. Evansville doesn't even have a Hip Hop/R&B FM, so I really can't support having a dance mixshow until they get a Hip Hop/R&B FM first.

Don't take it as I'm anti dance, I love dance, I'm just saying serve the most audience first and then we can appease Clubber and other people with a "House Nation" mixshow or two.<P ID="signature">______________
