Another spanish morning show bites the dust Tomorrow!

In my own opinion a huge mistake and it's going to cost some one there job but Houston will have a new Morning show tomorrow.
 
I think I speak for most all of us when I say your threads suck. If you're going to make a statement like this, at least have the decency to state WHICH show is being dropped and WHAT is replacing it. None of us want to play 20 questions. Comprende?

Now back to your regularly scheduled postings...

I got excited when I misread the subject as "another spanish station bites the dust Tomorrow!". Alas, we are not so lucky.
 
KAMA 104.9 goes all salvadorian David e can you please tell me who's calling the shots over there? I mean is he trying to hang himself? The new morning show launched today with a guy known to salvadorians as a el cherro a 50+ guy trying to reach the 18-34 demo. This is about to get very interesting expect some more changes in management soon! Im guessing lestor the last morning show host has exited the station.I think i need to pay JD.G a call this is just to funny! On another note here al Lbi you will also be able to hear a few changes after the changes in Dallas Liberman will be making some changes on a few of there stations! well see!!

Since they only have one quasi-viable Houston signal, any significant change in the market would involve that one.

In Dallas, hip-hop KZZA flipped at midnight to Mexican regional oldies after playing Pitbull's "Anthem."
 
Why doesnt LBI get rid of the XO format here in houston? Is it doing good enough that LBI wants to keep it here?
 
David e your not going to make a comment about KAMA will soon be facing its lowest numbers ever? I heard it two days ago and they were on the air live taking calls of people telling them how much they missed the other guy and how bad the show was i mean that cant be good. But you seem to refrain from making any comments about it David i mean what kind of a consultant would tell them yeah lets put a salvadorian(for those of you that are not aware of it mexican people and salvadorians do not get along very well) who sounds like he just made it to the usa and who has a dirty comment to say in every other word.

I know i already heard he was let go today nice job David were you behind the call?? I guess you and gary stone are very close... lol good job i had enough with a week of tuning in to hear this guy talk about nothing? David e did you get to hear him? Honestly tell me he was not a mistake? Does he get the record for the shorted amount of time hosting a morning show?I work for Liberman now and i know lenard does not know how to treat us but his a smart guy and i feel more job security here look at the last guy that had the morning show on Kama he had better numbers then the last guy he was starting to take some of our people yet univision pulled the plug after 3 months and 2 full books!
